Stephen McInally
IT Manager
Mr. McInally has 30 years of Information Technology experience, and is a dedicated IT Manager with excellent communication skills. In his work with Soteria, Stephen provides IT support for back office systems. He reviews and modifies processes and procedures, and implemented and maintains Soteria’s time-keeping system. Stephen manages programming , analysis, program design, development and maintenance, and is Soteria’s project lead and programming manager.
He is particularly skilled in the use of Infinium web-integrated HR and financial software. Stephen’s experience includes conversions of financial and payroll systems, account merges and modifications to general ledger account structures.
His background includes experience as a consultant and IT Manager for:
- Toshiba America Information Systems – Developed JIT system for laptop manufacturing line. Developed reports and tracking systems for the Manufacturing Repair Center. Developed systems to process sales/ inventory data passed from the Internet via FTP
- Mazda – Developed software to support Infinium packages
- Franchise Service Company – Created programmer tools to ease conversion of Franchise data into Infinium Payroll and made process improvements. Created front-end to Infinium payroll. Collects time sheet data from 500 stores and allows selected import to payroll for 11,000 employees. Concurrent with Athens implementation
- National Education Corporation – Installed and converted Infinium HR & Payroll from Ceridian. Convert Fixed Assets from MSA. Maintain, upgrade, develop interfaces and enhancements to Infinium systems GL/AP/FA/IR/PY/PE
- American Security Distribution – MIS Manager from 1989 – March 1993. Worked with upper management to utilize technology for competitive advantage. Installed Infinium products: AP and GL. Migrated SYS38 to AS400
- Centre Brands/Fred’s Frozen Foods – Maintained ASI package in RPG and COBOL. Migrated SYS38 to AS400
- Electronic Data Systems (EDS) – Programmer in General Accounting for Orange County Government
